  1. Water Test Strips
Check your spa’s pH and sanitizer levels to keep the water balanced and safe.
  2. pH Increaser (pH+)
Raises low pH levels. Ideal pH range is 7.2–7.8.
  3. pH Decreaser (pH-)
Lowers high pH levels to prevent scale buildup and skin irritation.
  4. Nature2 Mineral Stick
Natural purifier that reduces chlorine demand and keeps water fresh. Installs in the filter housing.
  5. Non-Chlorine Oxidizing Shock
Oxidizes contaminants and refreshes water weekly without adding chlorine.

Standard Routine Maintenance:

  • Weekly:
Add 1 tablespoon of non-chlorine oxidizing shock.
Let the spa run uncovered for a few minutes after adding to allow for proper ventilation.
  • Monthly:
Use test strips to check your pH and sanitizer levels.
    • Ideal pH range: 7.2–7.8
    • If pH is too high, use pH-.
    • If pH is too low, use pH+.
    • Many of our customers keep chlorine levels on the low end of the strip, especially if they use ozone or a Nature2 stick for extra sanitation.
  • Every 1–2 Months:
Rinse your spa filters thoroughly with water. This helps maintain clear flow and efficient filtration.
  • Every 4–6 Months:
Replace the Nature2 Mineral Stick inside your filter housing to ensure continuous purification.
  • Every 6–12 Months:
Drain and refill your hot tub depending on usage.
Tip: When refilling, remove one of the filters and place the hose directly into the filter housing to help eliminate air bubbles in the water lines.

Troubleshooting Tip: Cloudy Water?

Don’t panic — simply use the non-chlorine oxidizing shock liberally.
It clears up cloudy water quickly by breaking down organic contaminants and refreshing your spa.
